Daryl Wood

Attorney Daryl Wood takes a straightforward approach to the law.  Mr. Wood believes in answers, not evasive techniques, and keeps things simple in a notoriously convoluted business.  He represents clients throughout the state of Michigan charged with all types of felonies and misdemeanors. 

Mr. Wood is the author of "What You Should Do If You Are Arrested for Drunk Driving", a brochure detailing when you should or should not take police breath tests, how an arrest affects your driving privileges, your rights and when to exercise them. His article, "Issue Spotting a Circuit Court Driver’s License Restoration", was recently published in the Michigan State Bar Journal.

Mr. Wood regularly attends legal seminars to keep abreast of changes in Michigan laws related to drunk driving, scientific evidence, and demonstrative evidence, as well as Supreme Court updates.  He has taught courses on cross-examination techniques for handlers of drug-sniffing dogs. He has given lectures on Internet law and driver’s license restorations.
