Michigan's Sex Offender's Registry

Michigan law requires individuals convicted of certain Sexual Offenses to register on a public list. Effective October 1, 2004, substantial changes were made to the reporting requirements for certain offenses and/or certain individuals required to register. Our attorneys are constantly reviewing the status of the law in this area. If you are charged with an Offense that is sexual in nature or if you have already been convicted of such an Offense, we can advise you as to whether you may be able to benefit from the recent changes in the Registration requirements.
